The Consortium meeting will include revision of the past events, exchange knowledge and experiences, fine tune future events and strengthen the cooperation. The Workshop ill help managers from Club to Federation to level about best approaches towards developing a proper strategy for your organization.
Every partner will organize an Open Doors Day for interested public, including journalists and other stakeholders in sport, to present the project and its results.
In parallel to the tournament of 5 countries a Good governance Seminar, HPP Coach Academy, HPP Game Official Academy, and Marketing & Recruitment Workshop will take place.
Sports marketing workshop aims to improve Marketing practices at the strategic and operational level in all sports organization, regardless of sports discipline or level. Marketing workshop is FREE OF CHARGE and is intended all for individuals involved in sport organizations and other participants who are interested in the marketing aspect of the sport and who want to improve their sports marketing knowledge and skills.
Coaches from the participating countries will visit one of the best youth hockey academies in region to learn the principles and gain hands on experience with running such a programme.
Visit to the marketing department of the OEHV for the marketing managers of the clubs and federations to learn the approach and foundations about Public Relations and Sponsors Engagement.

In parallel to the tournament of 5 countries a Good governance Seminar, HPP Coach Academy, HPP Game Official Academy.
A group of Coaches from the participating countries will visit IIHF’s Coach Congress to further increase their knowledge and improve their training approach.

We’re officially starting the HPP project, co-founded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the EU. With the project, 9 organizations from 8 countries are starting a joint effort towards good governance across the region in order to set up strong foundations and further propel development of ice hockey in our countries.
We’ll present & discuss the project details and administrative requirements to comply with the funding rules to ensure successful overall management throughout the project lifetime. The Good Governance in Sport seminar for top-level Federation officials and other interested stakeholders in sport, will take place.
The Conference aims to bring together the community of international stakeholders in sport to discuss and explore the cornerstones of establishing successful regional sports’ competitions at strategic and operational level. Special focus is on developing financially well managed and robust sports organizations.
